Crossover to Publication

Women in Animation presents a panel discussion about writers who earn their

living in TV animation, and have also had books and comics published. Featured on the panel:

Megan Montague Cash:

Co-creator of the picture book "BOW-WOW BUGS A BUG", which won first

place gold prize in The Society of Illustrator's The Original Art exhibit. Her

past work includes Nick Jr Online (illustration), Nickelodeon On-air (logos),

VH-1 (advertising), and Cartoon Network (illustration).

Allan Neuwirth:

The author of "MAKIN' TOONS" and "THEY'LL NEVER PUT THAT ON THE

AIR" and the co-creator of the long-running syndicated comic strip

"CHELSEA BOYS." He has story edited/written scripts for numerous TV

series, including the new "SPEED RACER: THE NEXT GENERATION,"

"ARTHUR," "WORD WORLD," "COURAGE THE COWARDLY

DOG," "WUBBULOUS WORLD OF DR. SEUSS," and "DRAGON

TALES."

Tom Warburton:

The author and the illustrator of "A 1000 TIMES NO", the children's

book soon to be published from the Harper-Collins. He is creator of

"CODENAME: KID'S NEXT DOOR", the Cartoon Network's original series.

His past projects include "SHEEP IN THE BIG CITY" (director),

"DISNEY'S PEPPER ANN" (lead character designer) and "BEAVIS AND

BUTT-HEAD."
