Project funding series part 1: Grant writing bootcamp [New York Women in Film and Television]

Producers, Directors, Filmmakers…are you stymied by the challenge of writing a top-notch grant proposal? When faced with the blank pages of grant applications, do you bite your nails and tear your hair out in frustration? This day-long, two-part seminar from NYWIFT will give you the tools and the savvy to write top-notch narratives for your creative endeavors. With participation from, NYFA, Indie Go-Go, and more, you will hear the panelists share critical information about writing effective proposals.

The morning session will be from 10:00am until noon, followed by a one hour lunch break (attendees will provide their own lunch). In the afternoon, which will be from 1:00pm until 4:00pm, there will be breakout sessions where you will work in small groups and get hands-on instruction to hone your grant writing skills.
