Please join the Career Longevity Salon as we explore this revolutionary time together with award-winning showrunner, writer, producer, and director Gary Lennon.

Gary Lennon is an American playwright, television writer and executive producer.. Lennon is a proud member of the WGA for over 30 years. He began his career as a playwright with his play, BLACKOUT which became the film DRUNKS. Lennon then went on to sell many screenplays to Universal/Disney, Fox, and Intermedia before turning his attention to TV and the streaming world. His TV credits include, THE SHIELD, BLACK DONNELLYS, JUSTIFIED, ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK, POWER, HIGHTOWN and P-VALLEY. Lennon is also an Executive Producer on EUPHORIA.

His work in TV drama arena has garnered him 2 PEABODY AWARDS, a PRODUCERS GUILD AWARD, an AFI award, 2 NAACP awards and an Emmy nomination. For the last 6 years, Lennon has been under an exclusive overall deal with STARZ – where Lennon was the showrunner for POWER and HIGHTOWN. His deal recently ended in May of 2021 and Lennon is happy to report that he just set up his latest project at NETFLIX  and is currently working on a new feature that he will go out with in the coming year.
