Have you submitted your contract to the Writers Guild?

WGA Working Rule 3 requires writers to provide the Guild with a copy of all employment, option, and purchase contracts no later than one week after receipt of the contract.

A writer who fails to submit his or her contract may be subject to disciplinary action.

Your writing contracts are a very important part of the Guild’s enforcement efforts. If we do not have your contract on file, then it may delay our enforcement efforts on your behalf.
