This workshop is all about crafting a powerful sizzle reel….whether for your television series or feature film.
Join Jim Arnoff in an interactive workshop that will take you through your and your fellow WGA member’s television/feature pitches and craft a customized sizzle reel.
Jim will explore the best techniques to shoot original footage at low cost, integrate footage from the internet and create compelling ways to put yourself on-camera to pitch. The best sizzle reel shows exactly what the series/feature looks like on screen and answers every possible question you might be asked. Learn how to create the reel that maximizes your pitch.
About the Instructor
Jim Arnoff is an entertainment lawyer and Certified Life/Career Coach to the entertainment industry. He leads workshops for the Producers Guild, National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, HBO, TimeWarner, New York Women in Film & Television, Time, Inc., MTV Networks and NYU/Stern, Steinhardt, Tisch, Tandon and Wagner. Jim is a faculty member of the School of Visual Arts, FIT and NYU. He is a member of the New York City, New York State and LGBT (LeGal) Bar Associations.
