Join us each Friday in June as celebrate Pride Month at a series of live talks with LGBTQ+ writers telling LGBTQ+ stories, presented in partnership with the WGAE LGBTQ Salon. SESAME STREET writer and OnWriting host Geri Cole will conduct the interviews live on Zoom. Audience members will be invited to submit questions during the interview, and each talk will be recorded for a future episode of OnWriting: A Podcast of the Writers Guild of America, East.

To kick things off, Geri speaks with Kimberly Peirce, writer and director of BOYS DON’T CRY—the landmark feature film that was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress.
