Podcasting is the latest storytelling craze, and for good reason.
It offers a do-it-yourself method of getting your story to an audience and proving the value of your intellectual property. But how?
At PODCASTING BASICS WITH MARGARET LARKIN, you’ll learn from a podcasting veteran about the nuts and bolts of podcasting, from what equipment you need to finding your audience to deciding where to host it.
Margaret Larkin is the Production Coordinator at WBBM Newsradio in Chicago and currently hosts THE ILLINOIS NEWS BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION PODCAST (external – opens in a new window). She also teaches podcasting at Columbia College Chicago and started podcasting in 2009 via her RADIOGIRL podcast. When not podcasting or working, she writes fiction (working on a second novel) and is writing a pilot based on her debut novel Wicker Park Wishes, published by Eckhartz Press.
