Join members of the WGA Audio Alliance organizing committee for a virtual forum on the WGAE & Fiction Podcasts.

Scripted audio dramas and comedies are a rapidly growing part of the podcast market – and increasingly a source of work for Guild members.

Guild members and other scripted podcast writers have formed the WGA Audio Alliance, a group of writers organizing to get Guild coverage on scripted podcasts – because while the work of writing an audio fiction script requires no less creative skill than write a live action script, the standards in audio fiction are very different than those in live action film and television, particularly as concerns pension and health and creative rights.

Join us on Thursday to learn more about how the Guild is organizing in the audio fiction space; to ask questions and give feedback; and to hear about upcoming Audio Alliance initiatives.
